Keep a playlist of all of the things you’ve heard or seen — whether they be songs, videos, or audios — that inspire you. Things that raise goosebumps on your skin. Things that bring tears of joy or pride in your eyes. Perhaps listen to something now and then that suggests maybe there is a God after all. Whatever your choices, listen to at least 1 each day, ideally before your day begins. Then, once you notice that your life has changed for the better, stop and take some time to reflect… Was the daily routine a factor in that change? If so, what changed? Was it your mood? Your perspective on people? Your attitude?
